dPals House Rules

At dPals we want to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable experience in-world so have put together a set of House Rules – simple but important tips that will help you make the most of this fun environment.

1. No Personal Details

Any information that could identify you will be rejected for your own safety, including your surname, address, telephone number, school name, and any details of where you like to meet friends.This also includes details of any social networking sites you may be a member of, your email address and instant messenger ID.You can tell people your first name, the name of a big town, county or state where you live.

2. Screen Name

Please do not use flirty names like Hotbabe, sexy, foxygirl or playgirl!

No rude or offensive names.

No FULL NAMES! Please never give your surname out online.

No impersonation. You can be zac_efronfan but NOT zac_efron.

3. No Nasty, Rude, Offensive or Argumentative Messages

Please be polite to other posters and treat them as you would like to be treated.

4. No Flirting

The site is a place to have fun and meet friends but not to look for a boyfriend or girlfriend. It’s for mates, not dates.

5. No spam

Repetitive, pointless, advertising messages are not allowed here.

6. Films/TV Programmes/Games/Creative Writing Must be Suitable for Children

Children as young as 8 are members of this site.This means that every message needs to be suitable for younger kids. Please bear this in mind when you are mentioning films, games and TV programmes. This means no talking about 15 films and games or TV programmes shown after 9pm.

7. No Coded or Foreign Languages

Everyone must be able to easily understand your message. This means other posters as well as moderators. We can’t allow messages which are written in code or a language which isn’t English.
